Marcin Nogalski is the SVP Finance at the LEGO Group, and has also served as the interim Group CFO at the LEGO Group. Marcin is a business and strategy focused finance profile with a strong focus on business partnering. Before joining The LEGO Group, Marcin spent 21 years at Procter & Gamble where he started out as an analyst, and ended up becoming the CFO of Greater China. Having experienced different industries and roles within finance is what makes Marcin a well rounded team player.
